BEAT THE BLIGHT OF DRUG USE IN HUMBOLDT COUNTY

Everyone is welcome to join us at Redwood Christian Center for lunch and a training session how to save a life by administering naloxone to someone experiencing an overdose. There will be 3 morning speakers discussing the drug and alcohol crisis in Humboldt County, with a panel discussion at lunchtime from those working in the field to help “beat the blight” of drug addiction in our community. A short video showing Naloxone training and dispensing free medication immediately after lunch at 1 pm. You, too, can save a life by learning how to administer this vital medication when needed.
